The Plan Comes Together

We hadn’t intended to take such a long break.  When we returned from the “Brew Tour” we had visions of full time RVing … selling or renting the house and heading to points unknown until some place called our name!  Not long after our return, however, we got the amazing news that we would be grandparents!!!  Such unexpected and exciting news that lead to the healthy birth of beautiful Madison Rae Kramer to our son and his lovely wife, Danyelle.  Such great fun we’ve had getting to know her and watch her grow!

In addition to the joy of Madison’s arrival and first year, Rob was faced with the news of his cancer recurrence.  Not such great news.  As always, Rob approached this with fervor and courage and has barreled through a list of surgeries and treatments.  In the midst of all of the changes, we realized that if we wanted to adventure, the time probably needed to be sooner rather than later and the search for Rob’s “diesel dream” began.

Our dear brew-touring Winnebago was replaced with the newer, diesel version for this and future adventures.  Welcome the new road-touring TropiCal – and the Moonshadow adventure continues!
